Nedlands Physiotherapy is concerned about your health and wellness during the COVID 19 Pandemic and we would like to offer you some advice to help you navigate any aches and pains you may be experiencing in the coming weeks and months.
Welcome to Nedlands Physio Corner where each week we will release a blog that focuses on a particular body part where you may be feeling pain or stiffness or suffer from an injury. We will aim to give you valuable tips and advice to self manage your acute pain, offer you guidance on how to help rather than harm your injury and give you ideas for exercises that would be appropriate for you to do to minimise/ resolve your pain and facilitate a speedy recovery.
If you have any specific questions or you would like to privately discuss your injury or current pain situation one on one with a Registered Physiotherapist, we welcome you to book online for a Telehealth consultation or in clinic with a Physiotherapist via our website www.nedlandsphysio.com.au
We will also offer you a few resources via online links to explore. Here is your first one.
